These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ORINTHAL.INVEST platform (the "Platform"), operated as a non-custodial digital asset services interface. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ORINTHAL.INVEST provides an interface that allows users to interact with digital asset protocols services, including but not limited to lending, borrowing, and yield generation activities. The Platform is non-custodial: ORINTHAL.INVEST does not take custody of, hold, control, or manage your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets at any time.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with the Platform and with any underlying protocol services. You acknowledge that all transactions are initiated and authorized by you through your own wallet, and that ORINTHAL.INVEST cannot reverse, pause, or modify any transaction once submitted.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

ORINTHAL.INVEST respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Platform.

We collect minimal account information necessary to provide the service, including your email address and platform preferences. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials at any time.

Wallet addresses you connect to the Platform may be associated with your account for the purpose of displaying your positions and transaction history. This association is stored on the Platform's infrastructure; your private keys remain exclusively in your wallet.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ORINTHAL.INVEST is a non-custodial platform. This means:

• We do not hold, custody, control, or manage your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or digital assets.
• All transactions are initiated, signed, and broadcast from your own wallet. You retain exclusive control over your assets at all times.
• We cannot reverse, freeze, or modify any transaction once it has been submitted to the blockchain.
• If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover your assets or grant you access. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in non-custodial digital asset management, including the risk of total loss of assets due to wallet compromise, loss of private keys, or user error.

Digital assets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, tokens, and stablecoins, are subject to significant risks, including:

• Price volatility: Digital asset prices can fluctuate dramatically and unpredictably, potentially resulting in total loss of value.
• Illiquidity: Certain digital assets may become illiquid, making it difficult or impossible to sell or exchange them.
• Regulatory risk: Regulatory actions may restrict or eliminate the use, transfer, or value of digital assets.
• Technology risk: Digital assets and their underlying protocols may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could result in loss of funds.
• Custodial risk of third parties: Even though ORINTHAL.INVEST is non-custodial, certain underlying protocol services may involve third-party custodians over which we have no control.

You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice before engaging with digital assets.

ORINTHAL.INVEST is not a licensed or regulated financial institution, investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or money services business in any jurisdiction. We do not hold any financial services license, registration, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated in writing.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The Platform provides an interface for interacting with digital asset services; it does not provide personalized recommendations or managed investment services.

Any rates, yields, or returns displayed on the Platform are informational, based on data from underlying protocol services, and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results. Actual returns may vary and may be lower or negative.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any digital asset activity for your individual circumstances.

The ORINTHAL.INVEST Platform interfaces with various third-party protocol services to provide its functionality. These third-party services operate independently of ORINTHAL.INVEST and are governed by their own terms, policies, and technical specifications.

ORINTHAL.INVEST does not own, control, operate, or guarantee the performance of any underlying protocol service. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, failures, or security breaches of any third-party service.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your transactions may be processed by third-party protocol services, and that the availability, terms, and functionality of such services may change without notice.

Specific third-party disclosures required by applicable law or regulation are provided within the relevant sections of this Legal & Compliance center.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform's infrastructure or any underlying protocol service.
• Use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade any applicable sanctions.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.

As a user of ORINTHAL.INVEST, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We cannot recover these for you.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details before authorizing them in your wallet. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
• Understanding the risks associated with each digital asset activity you undertake, including lending, borrowing, and yield generation.
• Complying with all applicable tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform. We do not provide tax advice or reporting.
• Maintaining compatible, up-to-date wallet software and ensuring your device is free from malware or security compromises.
• Reviewing all transaction confirmations and pre-execution disclosures provided by the Platform before authorizing any action.

The ORINTHAL.INVEST name, logo, branding, interface design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of ORINTHAL.INVEST. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform's branding or design without prior written consent.

The Platform may display or reference third-party trademarks, service marks, or branding for descriptive or legal disclosure purposes only. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, such as profile information. By submitting such content, you grant ORINTHAL.INVEST a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORINTHAL.INVEST and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ORINTHAL.INVEST is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any transaction will be completed successfully.

Because ORINTHAL.INVEST is a non-custodial platform and does not hold your assets, we are not liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from wallet compromise, loss of private keys, user error, or the failure of any underlying protocol service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts, if any, you have paid to ORINTHAL.INVEST for the use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Using the Platform involves interacting with blockchain networks and smart contracts. You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Transaction risk: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once submitted, a transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed, even if sent to an incorrect address or for an incorrect amount.
• Market risk: Digital asset markets are highly volatile. The value of your collateral, debt, or positions may change rapidly, potentially resulting in liquidation, loss, or margin calls.
• Network risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, outages, or fee spikes that can prevent or delay transaction confirmation. ORINTHAL.INVEST has no control over network conditions.
• Smart-contract risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could be exploited, resulting in partial or total loss of funds. ORINTHAL.INVEST does not audit or guarantee the security of any underlying protocol's smart contracts.
• Oracle risk: Price oracles used by underlying protocol services may provide inaccurate or manipulated data, which could affect liquidations, valuations, or other automated actions.

You should carefully review all pre-execution disclosures, including estimated fees, slippage, and final amounts, before authorizing any transaction.

ORINTHAL.INVEST reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your account or activity poses a security, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform or its users.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

Suspension or termination of your account does not affect your control over your digital assets, as ORINTHAL.INVEST is non-custodial and cannot restrict access to your wallet. However, you may lose the ability to use the Platform's interface.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to delete your account data, you may request deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of ORINTHAL.INVEST shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitrator, conducted remotely, and conducted in the English language.

You and ORINTHAL.INVEST agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction for matters such as intellectual property protection or urgent security concerns.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of ORINTHAL.INVEST shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

As ORINTHAL.INVEST operates as a non-custodial digital asset interface, the specific jurisdiction and governing law may depend on your country of residence and the applicable regulatory framework.

You agree that the Platform is offered on an international basis, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
